Classic WKRP In Cincinnati Turkey Drop Video
Arguably one of the funniest Thanksgiving scenes ever featured in a TV series was this one from the WKRP In Cincinnati episode, Turkeys Away. In the episode which originally aired in 1978, the radio station was hosting a Thanksgiving turkey giveaway promotion. The station’s newsman, Les Nessman, was broadcasting the event live for their radio listeners, when everything started to go very wrong. Watch for yourself and remember why the WKRP Turkey Drop was one of the funniest comedy scenes in a TV series. “Oh the humanity!” 😉
