Good Samaritan Helps 81-Year-Old Shop Owner

Jackey Lokey, an 81-year-old florist shop owner, was visiting her friends in the neighboring cleaner when she tripped and fell in the parking lot. Surveillance cameras captured the fall. Fortunately, they also caught what happened next. . . a Good Samaritan coming to her rescue!

The video is hard to watch. The elderly business owner falls, hits her face and lays there, stunned for what feels like an eternity. But just 14 seconds after Jackey tripped, 20-year-old Richard Riznyk came upon her, and quickly jumped into action to get her the help she so desperately needed.

Jackey credits the Good Samaritan’s fast thinking with her quick healing.

“Thanks a lot. I appreciate it very much…and oh, I’d say that I got well quick, probably. Because he got me some help out there.”
